The Pan-African Leadership Coalition (PALC) was founded to address the economic disparities, housing challenges, health inequities, and educational gaps that affect Pan-African communities across Minnesota.
Through collaboration, research, and advocacy, we empower our communities to build a future rooted in unity, prosperity, and cultural pride.
