Who We Are
The Pan-African Leadership Coalition (PALC) was founded to unify and empower the Pan-African diaspora in Minnesota. We believe in the power of collaboration, research, and community engagement to create lasting positive change.
Our coalition brings together community leaders, researchers, advocates, and organizations from across the Pan-African community to address the most pressing issues facing our people — from economic disparities and housing access to education, health, and cultural preservation.
Based at the Sabathani Center in Minneapolis, PALC serves as a hub for Pan-African leadership development, research initiatives, and community building across the state of Minnesota.
